Pankaj Mehra is VP of Product Planning at Samsung Electronics. He was previously VP and Senior Fellow at both SanDisk and WD, WW CTO at Fusion-io, and a Distinguished Technologist at HP. Besides his 3 books on Machine Learning and Systems, Pankaj has over 50 papers and patents resulting from his work building Storage Systems, Persistent Memory, Data Center Fabrics, and Near-Data Processing. Dr. Mehra has held Faculty and Research positions at IIT Delhi, UC Santa Cruz, IBM Research, and NASA Ames.
