Battery Backup Unit (BBU) is becoming more popular than traditional UPS approach, both in enterprise servers and in large scale data centers.  LITEON has offered various BBU designs, some are integrated, some with modular approach.  This presentation will discus design considerations, trade-offs, as well as directions in future applications.
