Edge Computing is a critical technology enabling applications requiring low latency compute and storage such as IoT and Autonomous Vehicles.
The Open Edge project within OCP provides specifications for critical interfaces, system performance and environmental conditions.
System power is provided by two power supplies that can accept either traditional Telco -48Vdc, or wide-range AC input.
Open Edge equipment must have seamless performance regardless of the input voltage.
We will highlight the key features that enable this, and the benefits to customers such as service providers.
