In this workshop, Google will copresent with Microsoft a concept of modular server management and security that moves common server management, security, and control features from a typical processor motherboard onto a smaller common form factor module. The idea is to enable a common security and management module form factor and interface which can be used across datacenter platforms. We will introduce the concept and discuss the architectural advances across the development and product lifecycle of the server.
