Large networks require network orchestration and automation software to manage the entire network lifecycle efficiently. This software almost always needs to support networks comprised of multiple network operating systems and multiple hardware device types.

In this panel, we will hear from commercial software providers as well as large-scale operators on how they’ve written software to support efficient network deployment and operations. In particular, they’ll share what they’d like to see in the underlying network operating systems (NOS) that run on the switches, as well as what the OCP networking ecosystem could focus on to make large-scale network orchestration/automation easier.
